"In consideration of the Option Fee hereby paid by the Company to the Creator, receipt of which the Creator irrevocably acknowledges, the Creator grants to the Company the sole and exclusive right to exercise an option to acquire the All Media Rights at any time during the Option Period. Should such option be exercised, payment of the Assignment Fee shall be made by the Company to the Author on the first day of shooting of the Film.."
